Refund and Returns Policy

National Tank will accept refunds and returns. When a tank is returned, there is a $50 inspection fee and a 2-3 day inspection process before accepting the return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refunded amount. We do not accept return tanks that have been used, damaged, or modified in any way.

If a tank was ordered but never picked up or delivered and the order needs to be canceled, a 5% processing fee will be applied to the refunded amount.

If the order was paid for by a credit card the 3% fee will not be returned, this amount will be deducted from your overall refund.

If a tank was ordered but never picked up or delivered, and the order needs to be exchanged for another tank, we will not charge any additional fees.

Tanks will only be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase.
